The TechGuys were the UK's first national digital support service offering fast, reliable and expert help and advice in the customer's home.

We ran a campaign to expose the risks of unprotected wireless networks in UK homes. During this campaign we coined the phrase 'bandwidth bandits'. Our report describing the risks was covered on BBC television news and generated widespread coverage in both the national press and online.
